Omniweld also offers a turn-key preparation service for your welders to assist them in successfully completing welder testing in accordance with CSA W47.1.

In addition to training, Omniweld technology centres are accredited CWB test centres. We can therefore test :

welders who are employed by a CWB certified company welders who are not employed by a CWB certified company and are not a member of a union, providing testing facilities so they can be tested in accordance with CSA W47.1. Upon successful completion of the test, the welder or welding operator will be given a letter attesting to his/her results. If the welder or welding operator is employed within ninety (90) days by a company certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau to CSA W47.1, the Bureau, upon request from the company, will issue an identification transfer card for the welder without further testing.
