Snapshot and POP Audits (Performance Optimization Plan) : designed to make welders aware of welding good practices. This audit provides a performance measurement tool that allows you to measure the efficiency of your welding processes and benchmark it with industry best practices. It will establish objectives and an action plan to achieve them.

• Lean / CAP Audit (Cost, Analysis, Performance) : a complete lean audit evaluates the quality and efficiency of your welding operations.
• Safety Audit: This audit uses industry recognized standards such as CSA W117.2 to form the basis of our recommandations.
